Delivery and Postage Fees

Orders Within Australia

Postage is a flat rate of $15, and is free for orders over $350.

Express postage is $25 for all orders

(These rates exclude saddles)

Signature on delivery is available on all parcels. You can opt for this in the checkout process.

Australian Stockmans Saddlery cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any despatched orders. Once the order has been received by Australia Post, it is within their control and not ours.

 

International Orders

Orders from overseas are most welcome, and we encourage customers to contact us should they have any questions or concerns. Usually the cost for international shipping is calculated using the weight, dimensions, and destination of your purchase, and we will contact you after your order is placed to confirm the delivery cost and organise payment with you. Please feel free to contact us first if you wish to receive a shipping estimate before placing your order.

Payment Options

We offer credit card payment via Stripe, PayPal, AfterPay or Bank Deposit.

If you choose to pay using bank deposit, please use your Order ID as the

payment reference. Once your payment has cleared in our account we will process your order. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Layby

Please contact us at the store to organise a layby with weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. Your goods will be supplied on the final payment. Conditions apply.

Despatch 

Most products purchased online will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours, provided they are in stock and do not need to be made to order. We will contact you with further information if the order will be shipped outside of that timeframe. Personalised saddle pads will be processed when all information has been received, and we will be in contact should we have any questions.

Stock Inventory

We will almost always will have your items in stock ready to send to you, however if any of your ordered items are not in stock for prompt delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm expected turnaround time and ask how you’d like to proceed. Please note that items shown on our website are not guaranteed to be in stock at all times, as our stock levels in store can vary at short notice and are not synchronised with our website ordering system.

Saddle Orders

Choosing the right saddle is a large decision, and we highly recommend you contact the store to speak with a saddler who can discuss the right fit for you and your horse. We would love to help you find exactly what you need.
